Procedures are carried out under local anaesthesia, and the aim is that you feel no pain. Topical gel is applied before the injection and the injection itself is given slowly. We check that the numbness is sufficient before starting and top it up if not. If you are uncomfortable during treatment, simply raise your hand and we stop.

Yes. An untreated dental infection carries more risk than the treatment itself. The most comfortable window is the second trimester (weeks 14 to 27); emergencies are treated at any stage. Radiographs are taken only when necessary and with a lead apron. Please tell us that you are pregnant, how many weeks, and what medication you take before the appointment.

In most cases yes — but do NOT stop your medication on your own initiative. Stopping an anticoagulant can carry more serious consequences than the bleeding risk. Bring the name and dose of your medication and your most recent INR if you have one; where needed we contact your physician and plan accordingly.

The dose from digital dental radiographs is very low; a panoramic film is comparable to the natural background radiation received during a few hours of air travel. Even so, radiographs are taken only when clinically necessary and at the lowest reasonable dose. That principle is applied even more strictly in pregnancy, for children and where frequent imaging would otherwise be needed.

For adults without symptoms, a check-up every six months is enough. With a history of gum disease, smoking, high decay risk, orthodontic treatment or implants, the interval may shorten to three months. The point of a check-up is not to wait for pain but to catch problems while they are still small.

Call the clinic first; we try to make room the same day for patients in pain. You can take an analgesic while you wait — but painkillers never replace treatment, and placing an aspirin-type tablet directly on the tooth burns the gum, so please do not do it. Facial swelling, difficulty swallowing or fever make this an emergency: do not wait.

Within six months of the first tooth appearing, and by the first birthday at the latest. This visit is for introduction, not treatment. If a child's first encounter with a dentist happens during a painful emergency, the fear settles that day. Before the appointment, please avoid words like 'needle', 'it will hurt' or 'don't be scared' at home — 'they are going to count your teeth' is enough.

No. Turkish rules on the promotion of healthcare services do not permit prices or campaigns to be published online. It would also be clinically misleading: two treatments with the same name can require a different number of visits and different procedures in different patients. After your examination, a treatment plan and its costs are given to you in writing.

Every instrument goes through disinfection, ultrasonic cleaning, pouching and a 134 °C steam autoclave after use. Each pouch carries a sterilisation indicator and is opened beside the chair where you can see it. Single-use items are discarded after each patient. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp. Appointment slots are reserved individually; with early notice that slot can be offered to another patient in pain. No charge applies to missed appointments, but at busy times finding a new slot can be difficult.
