This policy explains what data are collected on this website, operated by Tuna Dental Clinic, and how they are used. For detail on the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).
When you send it: the name, telephone number, email address and message content you provide in the appointment and contact forms.
Automatically: IP address, browser type and request time recorded in server logs. These are kept for a limited period to secure the site and diagnose errors.
If you consent: page-view statistics collected through analytics cookies, which do not directly identify you.
No payments are taken through this website; no card or bank details are collected. The forms do not ask for health data. Profiling for advertising and personalised ad tracking are off by default.
Your request is recorded in the clinic's appointment and message system and is visible only to authorised clinic staff. To deliver your request to the clinic, the infrastructure of a form delivery provider acting on the clinic's behalf may be used.
Appointment and message records are retained so the request can be handled and reviewed if needed; they are not added to marketing lists.
Three cookie categories are defined: strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. Nothing other than the strictly necessary cookies runs without your consent. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Pages may contain an embedded map (Google Maps) and, if the clinic has added one, a video player (YouTube/Vimeo). Such content is subject to the privacy policies of those providers. No data are sent to them for marketing purposes unless you consent.
The site is served over HTTPS; access to the admin panel is protected by authentication and administrator sessions use secure cookies. Uploaded files are validated by type. Even so, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure; we recommend sharing sensitive health information at your examination rather than through a form.
Appointment requests for anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or legal guardian.
